Black Dollar is a mobile app for practicing economic solidarity within the Foundational Black American community — a tool for finding certified Black-owned businesses, rating them honestly, and coordinating economic boycotts when necessary. It's built and released under the banner of the Black American Party, with the tagline “Stay on Code.”

The Stoplight System
The whole idea fits on a map pin. Every business gets a color the moment you look at it:
Green — Member
Certified Black-owned businesses. Only GREEN-certified businesses get a full profile with photos, hours, and member deals.
Yellow — Neutral
Discovered nearby but not yet verified. Every business starts here until a member or admin reviews it.
Red — Flagged
Flagged after reviewed complaints or boycott action — never an automatic label, always reviewed by a real admin.
Every business also carries a 0–5 star rating inside its color, so the strongest businesses stand out within each band.
